1.2 Authentic Area reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on our website.

2.1 We strive to describe our products and services as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions, images, or other content are entirely free of errors.
2.2 All prices are listed in your local currency and include VAT within Europe, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated separately and added to the total order price.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 To place an order, you must provide a valid email address and residential address.
3.2 After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order but is only an acknowledgment of receipt.
3.3 Payment must be made using the payment methods provided. Orders are processed only after payment is received.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We ship to addresses within the EU unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
4.2 We make every effort to deliver products within the indicated delivery timeframe. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, and Authentic Area is not responsible for such delays.
4.3 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Returns and Cancellations
5.1 You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
5.2 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at authenticarea.clothing@gmail.com. We will provide you with return instructions.
5.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
5.4 Once we receive and inspect the returned products, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
6. Warranty and Complaints
6.1 We offer a one-year warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or negligence.
6.2 In case of complaints or disputes, please contact us at authenticarea.clothing@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days and provide an appropriate solution.
7. Liability
7.1 Authentic Area is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7.2 Our maximum liability to the customer is limited to the purchase amount.

9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
9.2 In the event of disputes arising from or relating to these terms, the parties will attempt to resolve them through mutual agreement. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
