2. Processing Time
2.1 After receiving your order, we aim to process it within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed during weekends or holidays may experience slight delays.
2.2 Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

We use reliable delivery services such as DPD, PostNL, DHL, FedEx or UPS to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
6.1 If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at authenticarea.clothing@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution.
6.2 If you suspect your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will reach out to the carrier to locate your package and update you on the next steps.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
7.1 Please ensure that your address details are correct and complete when placing your order. Authentic Area is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
7.2 If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Any additional shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
